After-Prom Notices for Parents
Start Spreading the News... Senior Class Trip: New York, New York!!
In keeping with this year’s prom them, the Seniors are planning a day excursion on Thursday, June 3rd to New York City.
The bus will depart Sturgis very early at 5:00a.m and will not return until very late at approximately 3:00a.m. on Friday. (Don't worry - Graduation rehearsal is not until 1 p.m.)
In New York we’ll all visit the World Trade Center site. Then, in chaperoned groups students will have options to visit places such as Rockefeller Center, Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Empire State Building, and Central Park. They can shop till they drop (or run out of money) at Saks, Gucci, or Tiffany’s and will have a multitude of opportunities to experience cuisines uncommon in our normal daily routine at school. In other words they will make this trip their own and memorable.
The cost of the trip is $50 which covers transportation only. All other expenses for meals shopping and admission fees are on their own.
In order to secure our bus arrangements a deposit of $25 is due by March 15th with final payment due by May 15th.
We hope you’ll join your classmates for this final “hurrah” before graduation.

Driver Education Classes
Sturgis Parents and Students, If we develop enough interest, we will have another Driver
Education class in the first two weeks of February. You must be 15 yrs.9 mos. to start the class and you should contact the Professional Driving School Office to sign up
or ask questions, (508-790-1234). If you have any other questions, you are welcome to call or email me. I will place appropriate materials outside the Sturgis office after the Holidays.
