Meeting Agenda: May 11th, 2009

Dear Sturgis Parents,
The Sturgis Parents Association (SPA), open to all parents in the Sturgis Charter School community, continues to meet the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. The after-prom is this month so we need to do our final planning. Anyone interested in helping with the after-prom should plan on attending. Also, if you're interested in running for a SPA office for next year, please plan on attending. SPA President, Erica Brown, will be retiring at the end of this school year. At the May 11th meeting we will be discussing the following:

1. Approve minutes
2. Treasurer's report
3. Administration update
4. After-Prom
5. SPA Officers for 2009/2010
6. Scholarship & other expenditure approval
7. New business

New and returning parents are warmly encouraged to attend!
